Postal charges increased a few months ago and, as a result, we need to make a slight increase to our fixed postage and packing charge.
Our fixed postage and packing charge of £3.50 has been increased to £3.95, the Post Office rate for a 2nd class signed-for small parcel. There is no additional charge for the packaging.
If we feel we need to increase the Post Office compensation for more expensive items – WE PAY THE COST! There is no additional charge to you.
